Description
Injector Removal Extraction Tool Kit
Designed to remove the injectors on Renault Trafic 2.0 DCI M9R Diesel Engines.
Also used in the Nissan vehicles and Vauxhall Vivaro.
Includes 2 Force Screws :
M14 x 1.5mm Female Force Screw for Piezo Injector
M17 x 1.0mm Male for Solenoid type Injectors.
The M9R 2.0L Diesel Engine has deep seated injectors that are often difficult to remove. This kit is designed to work with both the Piezo and solenoid style injectors used on these engines. Note: these injectors can be very tight and therefore require significant lubrication with a release agent to get them to move. Where possible run the engine up to temperature before attempting removal of injectors.

NOTE : Threaded force screws must be lubricated with clean molybdenum disulphide grease before use.
